Author account access
The authors who submitted the abstract(s) should have received an official email of acceptance.
If you do not receive any message, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
Please connect your author account to confirm within 72 hours the name of the presenter who will be on site, so that it is integrated into the final program.
If you have lost your password, click on "Forgotten password" and follow the instructions.
General information
Presenters have to register and to be onsite to give their talk or to have their e-poster available on the dedicated e-poster platform.
Oral presentation and e-poster guidelines
If your abstract is accepted for a ORAL PRESENTATION in a Free paper session, you will have to prepare a powerpoint file to be given directly on site in the Preview room for a 7 minute-oral presentation.
If your abstract is accepted for an E-POSTER, you will have to prepare an e-poster file (pdf or mp4) to be displayed from a special platform on the congress website.
You will have to upload it before August 22 directly from the Author account used to submit the abstract.
Information to prepare your e-poster file for the special eposter platform
- Classic powerpoint file HAS TO BE CONVERTED TO PDF FILE
- Powerpoint file with 5 minute audio comments HAS TO BE CONVERTED TO MP4 FILE
- PDF or MP4 file SHOULD NOT EXCEED 10 SLIDES (including the title and acknowledgement slides) for a MAXIMUM SIZE OF 80 MB.
Modifications
No further changes are possible on the abstract.
Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in the framework of the congress in a specific support system.
When submitting your abstract, you were invited to indicate if you authorize the organizing committee to publish your abstract.
Best papers
During the congress, a jury composed of Committee members will grant an award to the best poster and the best oral presentation to the amount of 500 Euros. Selection will be done during the congress and award winners will be announced during the closing ceremony.
Registration
The acceptance of an abstract does not mean free-of-charge participation. Registration, travel and accommodation will remain at the charge of abstract presenters.
