  • Cancellation & Modification Policy

    Cancellation should be notified in writing by email to the registrations department at: regist-eclso@europa-organisation.com
    1. Cancellation received before 4 July 2022: 100% refund.
    2. Cancellation received from 5 July 2022 to 2 August 2022: refund minus 30€ of penalties.
    3. Cancellation received after 3 August 2022: no refund.

    The Organising Committee can not be held responsible for double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
